Pick-up Times
Please note that classes end at 11:30 a.m. for morning pre-kindergarten and 3:00 p.m. for afternoon pre-kindergarten. Half-day kindergarten ends at 1:00 p.m. Classes end at 3:00 p.m. for elementary students.
Pre-School children need to be picked-up no later than 11:45 am. After that time, they will be sent to aftercare and fees will be charged.
Pre-kindergarten children need to be picked up no later than 11:45 a.m. for the morning class and 3:15 p.m. for the afternoon class. After that they will be sent to aftercare and fees will be charged.
Half day kindergarten children need to be picked up no later than 1:15 p.m. After that they will be sent to aftercare and fees will be charged.
Elementary students need to be picked up no later than 3:15 p.m. After that they will be sent to aftercare and fees will be charged.
Children in After School Care need to be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.
Children in the Early Learning Center need to be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.
NOON Dismissals – children need to be picked up at NOON. After Care IS NOT available.
Teacher in-service programs follow noon dismissals; so if the children are not picked-up on time then our staff loses valuable training time.
Late pick-up fees will be charged for as follows:
$10.00 for the first five minutes.
$25.00 for fifteen minutes.
$50.00 for thirty minutes.
$75.00 for any time past thirty minutes.
Please call us if you are going to be delayed, this will help us calm a distressed child. Your children know when you are late. We will make every attempt to contact someone on your emergency contact list to pick up your child if we do not hear from you.
These fees may be adjusted for emergency circumstances at the discretion of the Head of School.
