Before & After School Care
George Fox Friends School offers a before school and after school care program as a service to our parents whose children may need care outside the hours of the school day.
Our BEFORE SCHOOL CARE program is available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. daily. The children are released to their classrooms at 8:45 a.m.
Our AFTER SCHOOL CARE program is available from Noon until 6:00 p.m. daily.
REGULARLY SCHEDULED CARE
Parents whose children need care on a regular basis will need to choose from the options below and sign a Child Care Agreement. The Agreement will confirm when the child will attend the care program and when they will be picked-up in the afternoon. The fees below are due at the beginning of each month.
THREE days a week: 3-6 hours a day: $250.00 per month
FOUR days a week: 3-6 hours a day: $300.00 per month
FIVE days a week: 3-6 hours a day: $350.00 per month
CARE FOR LESS THAN 3 HOURS AND OCCASIONAL CARE
The fee will be $8.50 per hour for care.
This service is for parents whose children need care for less than 3 hours per day.
Occasional care is for parents who need their child to stay after school or come early to school because of special circumstances. We require a written request at least one day prior to the day care is needed.
Occasional use of the before school and after school program will be subject to the availability of space in the program.
Occasional care is NOT AVAILABLE for days when there is NOON DISMISSAL.
LATE FEES
Payments not received by the 5th of the month will be assessed a 5% late fee on the balance due.
Payments not received by the 30th of the month will result in the child being excluded from
Before and After School Care until the balance is paid in full.
All fees may be adjusted at the discretion of the Head of School and the Trustees.
